Estate is family operated by Rod & Carmel Liebeck. Rod and Carmel were both raised in rural Western Australia and for a period of 12 years lived in Perth, whilst Rod worked in the mining industry involved in International Marketing of industrial minerals. |
 Rod and Carmel have four young children, Dylan (5), Teaghan (3), Jaxon (2) and Cassandra (1). |
It was during Rod’s travels that he witnessed the export growth of international wines, in particular premium wines from Western Australia. After starting their young family, Rod and Carmel decided it was time for a change in direction and lifestyle. With their interest in viticulture, they decided Pemberton offered the ideal choice due to its growth in tourism and more importantly, the ideal climate for producing premium wines for the Australian and International Markets.
